A society with as much freedom as we have only works if the majority are responsible with it and accountable. And compared to Americans in the past, we’re severly lacking in those two.
There aren’t anymore Jim Crow laws. Black people don’t have to give up their seat for white people. I’d say it’s significantly better. Yes, there’s still racism out there. Yes, I wouldn’t feel safe in some backwards hickville town of all white people. Likewise, I wouldn’t feel safe in an all black area either.

Compared to past generations we are out of fucking control and are just irresponsible and like to pass the buck instead of holding our selves accountable for shit. I.E Career politicians feeling lil responsibility to serve the public and are out for theirs. People having sex irresponsibly, making babies they can’t afford to take care of left and right. Parents not being responsible, not holding themselves and their children accountable for the child’s actions or poor grades and wanna blames the teachers, or videogames and music. Guess this should go in another thread.
People have been doing all of that since the beginning of time BB. I mean shit, Jazz was called The Devils Music. Then Rock in the 50’s and 60’s. Then Power Metal, Then Heavy Metal. then Grunge.
