Malaysia airlines flight still missing

3 things that make the news very weird is

+No distress signal was sent
+Cell phones of some of the lost people on that plane are ringing, even up until now. (which makes the assumption of “crashing in the ocean” problematic).
+There is no satelite captures of any explosions

Very odd.

I don’t know where you guys get your information on our country.

Your constitution declares Islam the state religion.

http://www.matic.gov.my/en/information/about-malaysia/religion

http://www.jac.gov.my/images/stories/akta/federalconstitution.pdf

Part 1, Section 3(1):

  1. (1) Islam is the religion of the Federation; but other religions may be practised
in peace and harmony in any part of the Federation.

I was quoting that for the terrorist bit actually, not the Islamic bit. That kind of conjecture rubs me the wrong way, and the way that sentence was structured read, to me, like “Hey, Islam’s official in Malaysia, therefore there might be terrorism links.” Which may not have been the intention, of course, but we’ve not had terrorists (officially) in a while, which is why I came to that conclusion.

Anyway, news here have been going insane. Terrorist claims, plane actually landed, no wait it hasn’t, but you can find it easily with satellite imagery but it only appears as one pixel big at best, maybe it was redirected to India, voodoo king-ish Islamic practitioners (I don’t know what the English equivalent of the word “Bomoh” is) for recovery…all of them with “reputable” news sources, half of them conflict (no thanks to misinformation by representatives) and nobody still has any real idea what’s going on.

Well, to add to this mystery even further, recently-assembled medical records have revealed that–prior to boarding the flight–a considerable number of the crewmembers and passengers apparently reported thst they had been feeling a sense of general Malays.

Yeah exactly. You’d think with so many different ways to track a plane, they’d be able to find SOMETHING. Quit trying to be a smartass.

More info that seems to cause doubt to the current findings/clues.

  1. This recent pic from china satelite
Spoiler

According to the news on this, China managed to spot 3 large objects the size of a BUS where the missing plane took off in Kuala Lumpur. However the news now is that Vietnamese Aircrafts repeatedly circled the area shown by the image and they are unable find/detect anything. There have also been searches from the Philippines and Veitnam in that area since Sunday and they didn’t find shit before or after this satellite image was released.

  1. An oil rig guy from new Zealand claimed he saw a plane on fire over the South China Sea south of Vietnam and informed Vietnam & Malaysia on this days before this pic from China came out. Both spots checked and found NO debris at the coordinates. (WTH?)
Other debris found by searches were thought-to be life rafts, however those turned out to be moss-covered cap of cable reels.
Next there were oil slicks found at south china sea, those were brought to the lab and it contained a small % of jet oil but not believed to be from the plane.

  2. The two stolen passports being hi jackers theory
One of the men has already been identified. He is a 19 year old Iranian who is trying to migrate to Germany, he has no terrorist records or any terrorist affiliation, so he is not believed to be a terrorist. The other guy is still unknown.

  3. Radar to Malacca Straight
It is now denied as part of the mysteries from an Air force cheif. They’ve sent search parties (those search parties are still there) and stretched out the area. No debris or the plane being found (what about the radar?).

  4. The cellphones that are ringing
This is indeed true, from what i read more than 5+ cellphones are ringing. However, a wireless analysis says "“What it means is the network is at work, trying to locate the party you are calling,” he says. “It rings once, twice, three times, and if it finds the phone, it delivers the call. If it doesn’t find the phone, then the call is disconnected.”

Yes, everything is still confusing because 3 of the most logical theories (crash, hijack/terrorism, getting lost) has big holes and no evidence. Why is there NO debris!? If it crashed or disintegrated there should be something found and we have more than 4 countries searching everywhere. If it was terrorists don’t you guys think that they would have been making demands as of now? The cellphone thing is not fully debunked yet either, because while it doesn’t mean that the cell phones are on likewise it doesn’t mean the phones are off. I recall staying in Malaysia, Philippines, and China and from what i know in those countries when you are calling an Cell that is off an operator would go “the number you’ve dailed is un attended at the moment please try again later”. Shit i don’t know… this is so odd that I do take in thought of assumptions considering alien abduction.

edit: My assumption is that this could have been orchestrated by the government. *i have nothing

so the plane didn’t dissapear when authorities believed it first did. It continued to exist almost 6 hours after it dissapeared. I’m now geniounly interested in what could had happened. Also, some investigator that worked on 9/11 is urging authorities to look into the cell phone data of theh people who dissapeared to get a glimpse or some insight as to what has happened.

Also in the event that it did crash, finding debris isn’t as easy as 1-2-3. It can take years. There was an instance of a flight that crashed, and they dcouldn’t find anything for years, until they found the black box…

Most logical conclusion as of yet is the plane was taken for non terrorist purposes

They were discussing the cell phone bit on various news articles, but apparently depending on the carrier or whatever there may be a ring tone even if phone is buried at the bottom of the sea. But there’s conflicting info on that. The cell phones ringing was apparently confirmed live on chinese tv, whether it means something significant remains to be seen.

They’re aying that it wsa transmitting automated pings for 5 hours after disappearing of radar:

I was simply ruling out a scenario that could be thought as a possibility. Southeast Asia has the highest concentration of Muslims in the world, and it would be logical to assume that some terrorist activity could occur in the region. For instance, the plot to fly planes into the Twin Towers was actually found in a CIA raid in that region approximately 2 years before it happened (which the US didn’t act on), and the 2 Saudi hijackers that flew the plane in the Pentagon convened in Malaysia around the same time. The fact that citizens of Islamic signatory states can enter into Malaysia without the need of a visa, (like the 2 hijackers did) lends to the idea something similar could be organized.

Now that idea doesn’t have to reflect poorly on Islam or Malaysia, but on the actions of the hypothetical terrorists themselves. There’s nothing wrong with objectively putting that out as possibility, especially when compared to conspiracy theorists who think there’s a Bermuda Triangle-type explanation.

As i think about it more, Hi-jacking is likely the best bet. The root of confusion is the lack of any distress calls or transponder codes sent before it disappeared. Even if we make the conclusion that there may have been a power failure the transponder should be one of the last things to go out because it uses very little power. It’s just not possible that the plane just crashed because all it’s power and transponder shut down like that therefore the only logical way any transponder codes could be blocked is if the transponder was turned off manually. What bugs me though is if this was terrorists i don’t understand why no demands or info was shown. Usually terrorists are supposed to make there involvement known, right… maybe pirates are taking the skies now? This story just blows my mind

Don’t think it was a hijacking, because terrorists would have claimed credit, and provided corroborating evidence as proof. Even if it was a hijacking gone horribly wrong, they would still say something.

It could be that the captain or co captain went insane. they could have waited for the other to leave the cockpit on a bathroom break and then locked them out. and then turned the plane around to go to who knows where on a whim, only something went wrong with the non terrorist hijacking attempt.

It was fucking Martians. I know it. They want to blow up the earth and they needed a component from the plane to complete their Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator. Case closed. We need to run like hell.

Didn’t this actually happen before? I remember hearing about a co-pilot hijacking a plane then flying off to seek political asylum.

maybe the US gov is gonna bomb another one of their skyscrapers, maybe stick some Russian colours on it and have a party, Russia has a lot of oil ya know xD

yeah exactly that’s what i was thinking of. could be that the captain then shut off the transponder on purpose, but that he did not know about the other devices that transmitted locations:

and somewhere along the course of his mental breakdown he fucked something badly up and the plane crashed into the ocean.

One thing I think everyone here can agree upon is that this really is pretty mysterious. No one has all the answers here. It’s jarring, to me.

man…can you imagine the scope of water they have to survey to find this thing? it’s gotta take forever.

The NSA knows where each and every one of you are at all times. This case just reeks of intentional professional interference.
