new stick ? congratz … beehhh i got 2 and it seems sooo hard to mod them … one is the old SF4 TE (the red one) the other one is SSF4 Round 2 S Black TE … red for xbox and black for PS3 … I wish I bought one of those huge ass hori’s … i think they work on both consoles …
I have 3 sticks, a Hori EX2 (first stick), a TE stick I got from the the Shadowloo crew (yeah, the ones behind Shadowloo.com), both are for 360, and a PS3 TE stick that I won from the Shadowloo Showdown 2011 raffle that Madcatz donated.
Only the one from Shadowloo has custom artwork though, and the back of the stick is signed by Haitani. <3
I should do art for the PS3 stick sometime, along with getting it modded since I don’t have a PS3…
As far as I know no stick is compatible with both PS3 and Xbox360 (thx to microsoft licensing policy), unless you modded it yourself with an adapter, which are buggy/laggy/expensive. IMO you made the right choice buying too different sticks.

There’s a shit ton of sticks that work for both consoles , almost every hori works on both consoles 
A same stick doesnt work on both 360 and ps3. There are ps3 models and there are xbox models, these are two different sticks.
Unless you mod it or use an adapter like the one mossad linked
I have a hori real arcade pro v3 SA for ps3 and it doesn’t work on 360…though that would be great if it did.

EDIT: Just took a look at the OMNI stick. Wish it was out a couple of months ago when I bought my new stick for 360. I wouldn’t mind spending a couple hundred on a stick that works on multiple platforms.

I took it to photoshop and made some… adjustments… and it looks really nice :). Made it look like a drawing in pastels and charcoal. Right now I just have her on the left side of the stick facing to the right.
