I am with you VirtualCosmic. I wouldn’t want to do that to a B15 case either.
I would consider getting a second panel for the stick.
Thanks Darksakul. I just believe doing this to a B15 stick would be a HUGE mistake. I wouldn’t dream of doing anything like this to the several B15 sticks that I have, to see this done would be a real shame.
That’s how I felt at first but I probably couldn’t do it anyway lol thanks.
drilling a fanta hole in a b15 is desecration…
damn! so much hate for the Crown CWJ fanta LOL! I have a slightly modified one and its a beast!
^^ yep 303n is beast for me, i can hit diagnals easily all the time in tekken (mishimas) and i also own both fantas/crown fk
im currently using the 303n with fk grommit and i love it
Quick question, can a fanta be mounted on a seimitsu bracket? I have a razer atrox and it allows you to mount both sanwa and seimitsu sticks… I tried the crown fk and I really like it a lot but I’d like to try the real deal…
No
You need a Universal mounting plate from Paradise Arcade shop,
Also you need to drill the top panel, make the joystick opening wider to allow the Fanta joystick collar to go though
yeah you need to drill the metal plate for fanta, dont have to use a universal plate if you have a fk lying around i used this mounting plate and just drilled a 35mm hole through it to except fanta collar, you will then have to dremal a bit of the fanta’s plastic housing as it will slightly cover the fk’s mouting holes you will still maintain the fanta’s mouting holes though if you do this.
So crown 303n isn’t the same as myoungshin Fanta feeling? Just want to know if 303n has a lot more inconsistencies. Which is better myoungshin or crown, I’ll buy one of them in a week from now.
@JustOTGFrame From my personal experience I prefer the Myoungshin Fanta over the Crown sticks (even the newly release 309mj). Though, the 309mj is the best stick released from Crown and can accommodate most of the fight sticks out there (ie TE2, TE2+, Hori VLX to name a few that I tested).
