Glad that they’re still available - I was worried I missed them again (I was there at the booth asking about them @ Evo :sad:)
However, for whatever reason, when I try to order, I’m getting:

"Possible Fraud detected.

For your protection, please call customer support at 1.800.659.2287. "

Considering the recent adoption of this word by the FGC, I think I’m offended. :lol:

I guess I’ll try to contact them tomorrow, because both the chat and phone support seem to be down.

Funny, I tried to contact so many people including markman about the sticks and as soon as he got back into office, we all got our confirmation emails almost at the same time lol. Which not to mention, it says my stick will get here on the 18th. I got the same exact email as Eric. I’m happy that I did get confirmation that my stick is coming but still, leaving us in the shadows so long is no way of treating your customers. But still, I guess my impatient behind is one to blame here, cause I HATE waiting for things, I’m sure everyone can agree lol.

Hi guys. Yeah sorry, we don’t have a warehouse that works on the weekends.

Let me explain how it works, at the end of the day on work days (Monday being the first of which), we allocated everything and send out the updates. The updates are sent to our other facility who then manually process/update each order it has shipped.

For Canadian orders, they are sent out usually end of the week once our shipment container fills.

Those of you who have received yours, how close is the clear blue in color to purple? How does it compare to the Chun-Li TE-S?

My stick was originally on hold, got called by a rep. Called her back and she said it wasn’t on hold anymore and should be shipped last friday. Got a confirmation email today with a tracking number, saying it should be here tomorrow. We’ll see.

I got my shipping notice on my iphone email and like literally 30 seconds later my doorbell rang with the package… weird.

Anyway i ordered with the promo code but no case included… i opened up an email support ticket. I wonder if i should just call or wait for a response.

Did you include the bundle in your cart when your ordered the stick or did you just order the stick and put in the coupon code? I believe MarkMan said, and correct me if I’m wrong but, you have to have the bundle in your cart and then enter the coupon code to receive the bag. If you didn’t do that, then you wouldn’t get the bag.

The mid-translucent section is a very deep blue, however with the smokey-clear top, it does end up appearing darker sometimes.

I saw that post but there isnt any bundle option so i wasnt sure what he was talking about. The entire reason i ordered that stick was for the deal on the case. I ordered it 2 days before his post anyway. My invoice from them says free case (49.99 value). If they wont honor it i’ll just dispute the entire charge.

What I would suggest you do before you take such an extreme measure is that you give their support number a call (look for it in my post on page 5) and let them know you didn’t receive the bag and it’s on your invoice. Either they it shipped separately and could be on its way to you now or they forgot to include it and will either refund you the money or send one out to you.

Oh of course I wouldnt go that route unless they left me no choice.

Yeah I found that other number and im on hold now. I assume this one guy answers all the calls. thanks for the heads up though. Thank god for free long distance on cell phones these days. would be pissed if i had to pay for a call to discuss an order I placed.

I thought it was kinda odd that there were absolutely no papers inside the box. Not even a safety pamphlet. Just the two foam bricks and the stick itself.

well… after my 38 minute phone call (hold included) I still dont have a resolution. Nathan has to check on it and the “corporate office” was at lunch. So he promised me a call back today to let me know why the bag didnt ship with it.

He’ll call back. He had to check something for me as well in regards to the bag (putting in the coupon code after I placed the order) and he got back to me right away with an answer.

Yep I dont doubt him at all. Seemed like a nice guy. If hes “it” for support I feel bad for him.

Hmm…you say that your invoice shows the case but you never saw the bundle option?
There was originally 4 EVO items listed on the site, 2 sticks only and 2 stick & case.
Either way, you only ordered the stick for the free case? Damn, i did the opposite. Bought the stick to collect (never plan to use it) and im sitting on a Bag that wont fit my V3SA.

Yeah I wasnt going to order it but then saw the code on it and that pushed me over the edge. 170$ is a lot for a stick that only works on one platform IMO. It that price I can order the rarest wood in the world and make one. But the free bag toss in (that I planned on using with my Amboyna Burl Ibuki Stick) is what made it a value you me.

So in terms of seeing a bundle option no. I never saw that. Cruised that site for a good day before ordering too and never saw it. I was on the arcade stick page and the top 2 entries were the 2 evo sticks. Then the SC stick then the MLG one. Even on the second page there was no bundle option. Even the link markman posted for the “bundle” option just brings up the 2 sticks http://store.gameshark.com/listCategoriesAndProducts.asp?idCategory=456. These are the same sku number as the stick i ordered.

But on my invoice it does say EVOSTICK - Free Arcade FightStick Carrier (value $49.99) with EVO 2012 TE Stick Pre-order
