I ordered 1 mvc3 x360 stick on April 4th. It’s now April 14th. No stick. Still “in progress”. Emailed them and got no response.

Anyways, I want to buy a TE stick with this sale. I live in Mexico and since I’m going tomorrow to the US to visit my uncle I figured I’d have it ship to him so that I could pick it up myself. However I’m not sure what I should put on the billing address section since it says that the info must match the credit card, and my credit card is from Mexico, it’s the first time I do this so I have no idea what I should be doing, do I just tell it to use the same info as the shipping address? .__.
Edit: Nevermind. Sorry Markman, but I just found a Blazblue TE at Amazon at around the same price that the one I was gonna buy would’ve been with the discount, and since it’s easier for me to order there I got that instead.
Thanks for the information on the sale! I already own the original SF4 TE stick and just picked up the Chun-Li TE stick. I’m looking to mod my original TE stick soon! If that goes well, maybe I’ll do the Chun-Li one as well or try my hand at a custom stick.
hi markman, i bought a mvc3 te stick and im in love with it, but the problem is the te stick disconnects and reconnects the stick randomly!? it happens every 10 minutes or so, please help
Yes, we know this. But it’s not like we do a drop down/tick box and we can automatically bill/ship to Canada. It doesn’t work like that but we are making changes to incorporate more shipping options on our US store (specifically to cater to Canada directly). It’s just not ready at this time.
Please call and ask for our web team sales support. Email is not the best way to get a hold of them.
I’m glad you like the stick! Sorry to hear about the issue. Is this an Xbox 360 stick or PS3 stick? If it’s a 360 stick, I’d recommend checking the breakaway cable to make sure it is in all the way, or try unplugging that breakaway then plugging it back in.
If you still have that issue, there may be something going on with the pcb. In that case, I’d recommend calling our tech team and explaining to them that you just purchased the stick from our GameShark store, they’ll take good care of you if you mention the issues/concerns. We like to take care of our customers that purchase from us, especially since it’s still new!

MarkMan, any idea if you’ll get in any more black TE bezels before the sale’s over? I’m on the fence about a 360 TE to switch from PS3 and I’ve been sleeping on a black bezel because of the shipping too. If those come back in then I’ll probably bite the bullet and pick up the 360 Round 2.
The sale is only for TE sticks btw.
