I can Nightmarebooster on console while their wakeup frames start. I guess Backthrow into Ultra 2 50/50 is still doable on majority of characters. It’s going to vary because some wake up slightly more early or late.
Once Bison lifts the character over his head vertically the charge starts, assuming you already positioned the joystick to the correct side to charge at the earliest frame.
