I think its close to 5:5 as well.
Play a defensive footsie game and try as much as possible to stay mid screen. In my opinion defensive footsies trump offensive footsies.
Don’t use Psycho Axe or use it extremely sparingly. Its too easy for her to whiff punish it.
If she is constantly walking back and forward trying to whiff punish a poke. Walk forward slowly to reclaim the mid screen but don’t dash into her. You want to be mid screen or be closer to her corner so in the event of her landing a poke cancel into spiral or she gets in off a jump your not pushed back to the corner straight away.
If she’s walking forward and poke, counter her S.MK with S.MP buffered into Shadow Axe, if she’s use’s C.MK xx Spiral, counter with C.MK buffered to LP.Inferno. If you can bore her into being more offensive where you see she’s coming towards you more to poke and has stopped moving back and forth then you can consider using Psycho Axe.
If she’s constantly moving back and forth still and focusing on the footsie game, slide can be worth a shot, not so much for the damage but if you land it you get to start pressuring her, so while slide is a risk and has always been a risk I feel in the pay off in this game is higher because of the momentum you can win.
She obviously more likely to get in off a jump than you are. I advise the same against her as any character, if she’s jumping a lot to get in, stop poking as much and focus on anti airing for a while, there is not much you can do about EX.Cannon Strike but remember if you block it at head height, she gets no frame advantage. Anti airing her in V is easier than IV in general, you can much consistently anti air her normal Dive Kick than you can in 4.
If you get pushed into the corner your in trouble, but block more than throw tech, her shimmy game is far more deadly than being thrown. Getting thrown mid screen is fine, take the reset, she gets nothing off throw mid screen.
Don’t panic when she has V-Trigger, don’t use jump back she be able to VT Spiral Arrow it (also don’t jump back when she has critical art, unless you have your CA stocked). At most back dash to create abit of space and even at that don’t be obvious about it. If you have one stocked for V-Reversal your sorted, you can just V-Reversal her VT Cannon Strike even when she goes behind you (drives Cammy players nuts).
Obviously she has better anti airs. VT Head Press from close range does stuff her B+MP and can even stuff/trade with her Cannon Spikes.
Against B.MP, EX.Head Press cancelled to EX.DR at the apex of EX.Head Press jump height will cause Bison to go behind Cammy and make B+MP, giving Bison slight frame advantage. How much you will get off this depends on how good the Cammy’s players reactions are.
