What economics? Was Bison economical when he did not use a Psycho Crusher attack? Is he economical in SF5 when his fierce and crouching fierce have a massive psycho wave that ignite like in SFA3? Or How about when both his back and front throws are psycho power infused like in the film? How’s that economical? He can even nullify projectiles and reflect them, but he doesn’t just reflect them, he infuses them with his power then fires them back - That’s a Psycho Shot for all intents and purposes.
His choice of super is also the Final Psycho Crusher (his ultimate move so far), which is a psycho crusher that is initiated from off screen (tick), covers a HUGE screen area (tick), No escape once it starts (Tick), and he teleports back to position when it is done (TICK!).
We won’t know his power levels truly until the context of the story, but gameplay wise this is the closest we got to a playable Final Bison. His gray hair doesn’t mean he is weaker either. Gen, Gouken, Goutetsu, Akuma, and Oro are all some of the oldest yet most powerful street fighters. If anything, one can argue that they all got better with age.
I’m saying what Cestus is saying, this isn’t Bison at his maximum potential (he needs Ryu for this or some new technology), but this is Bison at his experience and technical peak as a fighter and master of his art. I am also saying (guessing really) this Bison is the most powerful we have seen since Alpha 3 and is possibly near that power level. He was tearing open wormholes in SF4, who knows what he can do now.
