oh and i pray this is not happening. I actually just bought the guide because i thought it was really nicely done and since mvc3 is offensively opaque to me that it might give me some insight when i sit down and leaf through it.
if they’re just going to invalidate all that work so easily this world is loony. I saw they cut down sentinels health considerably, thats ok i guess but really just…let the game go…Let it have a chance to actually develop. its never going to be anywhere near balanced so that isn’t the issue. they just want munneh and they’re really pushing the limit if this continues.
Don’t see how people are surprised or doubting this. Capcom said themselves that their strategy in regards to supporting MVC3 drastically changed after the earthquake hit, so I won’t be surprised if they do a SSFIV-style revamp instead of a stream of DLC. The game definitely needs it
Sooooo…if/when the revamp comes…anybody looking forward to staying up to all hours of the night waiting on updates again? Spending all night in the IRC channels? Arguing over thread titles?
To be honest, I’m gonna adopt my oldschool style of waiting till the next morning. I damn near had heart attacks pre-MvC3, I was addicted to anything and everything.
Well the all night waiting and discussion sessions had some charm back in the pre-release days… the classic crew knows what I’m talking about.
I still remember it like yesterday, actually setting my alarm clock to whatever a.m. on a saturday to check the japan reveals; screaming like a little girl about Wesker being revealed :lol:

Regarding Super Marvel 3 or whatever. There’s no need for anyone to complain to bitch and honestly it doesn’t seem like many people here are. The reality is, we’ll get 8 or 10 new characters or so, a survival mode, a time attack mode, some new missions and maybe even a few new modes, and we are all going to love it. We’ll probably also get an off and on switch for X-Factor or a major X-Factor nerf, along with something to pick the brokeness of that is TAC. Perhaps if we are really lucky we’ll get some professional Shadow Mode matches. Imagine combofiend or Nerses recording combos for Shadow Mode.
I literally stood up and jumped up and down when Hsien Ko finally got revealed towards the end.
@ Honor: Nope, I lack the means to record my gameplay plus I’m actually pretty bad at this game. Haven’t been playing it seriously for the past month or so, got back into SSF4.
