Honestly if Rogue makes it they will probably slam a bunch of X-Men powers on her and Moonstone has phasing powers as well unless you forgot them.

Two reasons:

As is, opponent simply waits for your timer to get near 5% and does beam super/shockwave/HSF/etc. With manual armor break, I can get them locked down (near the end) and break when they can’t punish.
With manual armor break, you would have a combo-breaker-type mechanic (kind of). However, to balance this, manual break should result in damage-scaling reset.

I still think that Strange is unlikely, considering how Marvel hates him. There are a ton of wizards that could be in (Loki, Tessa, Mysterio) but yeah none of them is yellow and blue.
