Roski, are you planning to run XII early or late?
I’d suggest 2/3 for each game, or else it will run forever. KOF matches are as long as CvS2 matches, unless someone goes lights out on the other, which isn’t gonna happen here.
HDR also, down for that. I got some spirits with that game I need to exorcise.

KOF XI doesn’t take very long. KOF 2002 UM…it depends on the players, but still kinda long. 98 UM does take forever.
We’ll do it first thing, before any tournaments start at 12:30-1PM. This is a big event w/ a lot of out-of-towners, so I understand you don’t want to keep things held up but do you honestly think things are going to start before 2?
I did money PER each game because I thought it would be more fair to the person who won each game. Don’t worry about my funds, I have ways of ponying up the cash but if you want to lower it per game to $5, that’s fine, as long people can side bet as much as they want.

I’m really going to try, but a lot of “starting on time” has to do with when people show up. The registration from 12:00pm - 1:00pm in the first post will be enforced as best as possible (ie can’t have 10 man tournaments if people aren’t there yet). 2:00pm will hopefully be the absolute latest that anything starts. I think I’m also going to use Tournament Maker if nobody objects, which will help with brackets (you can seed based on skill + location). Any odd first round matches could be changed manually.
The schedule will probably be 3rd Strike / KOF starting at 2:00, then start MBAA / AC as those finish, then start BB / SF4 on as many TVs as possible as those wind down or no longer need TVs.
For those that haven’t been, the SF4 tournaments fly until the finals, as we usually run them on 4-5 TVs concurrently.
Whatever happens with HDR/Calibur/DR will be up to those people running them.
