voted hdr, hopefully gonna be there
i was the guy a few months back who ran the hdr side tourney (with help). I managed to scrounge up 18 entrants, and that was just from me walking around with a signup sheet asking people if they wanted to play. Dunno why NC doesn’t like hdr :sad:

if the lag is coming from processing the HDCP, would regular component cables work? They’re cheaper to try at only about $5 http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=108&cp_id=10830&cs_id=1083003&p_id=4009&seq=1&format=2.
Since SF4 runs at 720P anyway, component should be able to handle the resolution (handles up to 1080i).
just a thought…i suck anyway, so i can’t really notice lag on that TV.

Man HELL NO air grabs don’t count. Your ground command grab is 3x faster than mine, with more range. That’s a straight 50% chance I’m losing money every time I get knocked down. :lol:
How about a FT5, every 360 or karakusa landed adds a dollar to the pot, winner of each match takes the money? That’s at least a $4-5 pot each match unless we psychic hotline some shit…and I’m broke. This sounds like a lot of fun though. To go a little cheaper, we could say every 360 I put a dollar in your pot, every karakusa you put a dollar on my side, winner takes what they earned.

First game I hit you with one 360, and you hit me with two command grabs. Whoever wins that match gets 3 dollars. We repeat this process until someone gets to 5 wins?
If so, then we definitely need someone to tally all of the grabs on each side and who wins what matches. Any volunteers? Face?

Either way. I’m reluctant because it’s a lot easier for Hugo to grab Makoto than it is the other way around, but then, it’s easier for Makoto to win this than it is for Hugo.
