Why is Gouki banned in HD Remix? Are Seth and Gouken banned in SFIV as well?
Akuma isn’t banned in the HDR tournament but he is banned in the money matches however due to the terms that the players agreed upon.
Seth and Gouken will be determined by the community, and I’m guessing shortly after the console release.
