I mean they never showed her full design we already speculated that she up to redesign because she didn’t just appear like other illustrations that weren’t in SFV.
Individual story is not ASF anyway.
Compare to Abel that were bland yet Decapre was expected to be near completion why? because according to the developers she was originally meant to replace the Cammy spot in the base roster.

I’m not into young and new generation characters that are students and teens but Makoto and Elena are always exception to the rule.
