Any way to get notifications for Steam sales? I don’t actually use Steam all that much…

If you should ever have any interest in KOFXIV, it is a good idea to stick to Party Battle Mode for the time being. For some (weird ass) reason, the online is strong in that mode specifically (not on ranked and regular player matches. SNKP state that they are patching it but only time will tell). Another thing to keep in mind is that the in-game graphics are quite a bit better if you see them for yourself, rather than through youtube videos. Unfortunately, that is only available for the PS4. PC games are what you wish for as you stated you have no intention on getting a console anytime soon…
Other ideas, based on your wants and needs for the PC:
Skullgirls, SFV (netcode can go from being relatively solid to being horrendous), Tekken 7 FR (when it becomes available earlier next year)… I’d also suggest Yatagarasu but I am not sure what is going on with the online community now (I legitimately don’t know. But, I know that Yatagarasu is a pretty cool game to say the least). There is also KOF98UMFE and KOF02UM, both of which are great games to get into.
Yea I just heard that some people keep saying that it feels worse on PC.
For me they both feel the same. Most of my matches were playable.
I’m not quite sure how active these games are on PC, but both GG Xrd SIGN and UNIEL (Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late) are very good games available on Steam. You might want to join a relevant discord for the game(s) if you want easy access to people to play with.
Also both games have cool chicks.
If you put a game on your wish list, you should get an E-mail when it goes on sale. You might want to look in your settings and make sure your e-mail notifications aren’t disabled.
Ah, that might be it. Have to get on Steam again then.
What is a discord?
Elphelt is good-looking. 
When I was referring to “a discord” I meant a discord channel. Do some googling to see if there are any relevant channels for your game / geographical area. Can be a useful place to find people to play with, even if you decide to play SFV or another game with a large playerbase (if there is another one on PC atm).
Elphelt is also a really, really strong character. =p
They lied to you. Aside from some yet missing features (key bindings, dinput support) that can be fixed with 3rd party programs, the game runs pretty good and if you have good rigs even better than the PS4 version. I don’t experience as much rollback as many other people and when I have 5 bars is usually very smooth.
Every other game on Steam is pretty much dead. Maybe only MKX will live again for a few weeks when MKXL will be released.

I may think of picking up SFV when it goes on sale again then. Don’t have a fightstick though.
