No we started late and by the time those 3 sets were finished Ben didn’t care to get his sets in (it was like midnight already) and Drew didn’t want to do his sets anyway.

Is it based on subscribers?
You have to have an account active for a while with a bunch of content and have no copyright claims against your account. After a while they just enable it for you.
The other way is through the youtube/google partnership program where they put ads on your videos. There used to also be special account types for businesses, musicians, directors, etc., but I think they phased those out. Also the uploads went a lot faster than expected; they are all up now.
