Man, I played like 80 games of Remix today against this one guy. He beat my ass like 50 something to 20 something. But the thing is, he wasn’t even good. He was just switching characters and doing some ultra basic, cheesy scrub tactics but they worked on me cause Remix is retarded and I just straight up suck at it now.
I really don’t like the game…at all. And that goes for ST as well. I dunno, I mean I know it’s blasphemy to say these games suck compared to new SF games, but really, they’re SUPER cheddar. There’s shit that is almost 100% impossible to get out of, damage is retardedly high, you can mash throw and it works in retarded sitatuations.
Part of me wants to just stick to a main and a backup (cause ST has some major counter character cheddar), and get decent again, but I really can’t stand the game anymore. The more I play the old games I used to love, the more I realize they’re just plain whack and unsatisfying compared to 4.
The only games I still have some love (read: can still stand, but don’t wanna play) for are 3S and A3. The rest are either straight up shit, straight up cheesy, or a combination of the two.
Just as long as were not slammin on Champion Edition and Hyper Fighting haha.
