Stuns ruin combos. I’ve done it a few times while comboing into super, only to have it whiff completely. Havind said that, I’ve never stunned some1 midair with an SRK, and have my FADC Ultra whiff, but that’s what would prolly happen.

Also, these ranbats are single character/team per person/game (read: no switching). We’ll be keepin it real, like they do in the SF motherland, Japan.

Everyone in the team must have different characters (No Chun li, Chun li, Chun li teams) and no one in the team can switch to a different character (you must stay with the character you choose for that particular ranbat throught out the ranbat).

Istvan has it perfect. You have to stick to your character for that week, but you can change next week if you wish.

Guys, for next week, we’re gonna change it up a bit so things run smoother.

Format will be Round Robin, team vs team. Best 2/3 per game. (let’s try to get everyone playing the games, so it is a true 4on4)

I say we keep order the same, since it was pretty good. ST, then 3S, then SF4, then HDR?, then we do remainder of games if people are still interested or just have casuals.

Using this format, things will run a LOT smoother and faster.

Oh, and no more one character per team BS, everyone can use who they want, loser can switch character.

Or, we could just forget the teams, since we don’t have that many people, and just do round robin singles, and do our ranbats that way. I actually think that would be a better idea. What do you guys think?

It would have been cool if we had recorded some of the matches, that way we could have learn from our mistakes… especially those who haven’t had much arcade experience. Can we do that next time?

Yeah, def. Next time, we’re gonna have a finals too in each game, so that should be good. The way it will work is the people with the most number of wins will face off in finals, best 4/7. If there are more than two ppl with the same number of wins, then we count rounds. If they have same number of rounds, we flip a coin lol

Oh, question to Chris or Istvan, is there anyway I can use my TE stick with PS2 games? I’d much rather practice on my own stick and use it for our sessions, so I can get comfortable with it. Perhaps an adapter of some sort I could buy?
