Fubarduck beat flash metroid in winners while Exodus beat June Ro, and then they had to face each other. Fubarduck comes up on top!
Justin takes out Jmarvelous while Alex Ennis is beaten by ShinShay, then they fight and of course Justin squeaks by. Justin fights Fubar, wins with the better Chun, Fubar ends up fighting Crow in losers finals and Crow comes out the winner. Then Justin does low forward->super x2238493284932489328948324 for the win, and he picks up his second pimp cup of the night!
The MvC2 team tournament is still going, it will not finish tonight. Basically it’s between three teams: Team Florida, Team Random out Justin and Justin’s team.
If Team Random Out Justin (Chris Crece, DSP, and a Houston player we picked up last minute because Patrick was nowhere to be found) defeats Team Florida (Alex G, Flash Metroid, and Mister ED) they go into a down-to-the-wire playoff with Justin’s team (Philong, Isaac Graham and Justin WONG). If Team Random Out JUstin can random out justin’s team, then they will TIE with Justin’s Team forcing a sudden death repeat playoff. THE DRAMA!

Also I have the results of the MvC2 Team Tournament:
Basically we PLANNED to finish the tournament tomorrow, but then found out that a bunch of marvel players wouldn’t be making it for Sunday, including Isaac Graham. So we had our sudden death playoff with Justin and both Magneto-X and I got scraped
So then it ended up being a tie between us and Team Florida (Kevin, Vercette and Eder). We were kicked out of the tournament area so we had to finish it in a hotel room…Vercette was talking CRAZY SHIT to me about scraping me for a few money matches earlier in the day. So I picked Sent/Cable/Cyke and ran through all three of them to secure the 2nd place and the prize money for our team. The best part? We all went to waffle house after playing and I said to them “thanks for the free dinner!”
By far though, the best quote happened tonight at the waffle house. Fubarduck, Lay, Alex, Popoblo and myself were at a table and Alex ordered combo #3. The waitress, a middle aged sarcastic white woman, said “we don’t have numbered combos at the waffle house.” Alex was like, what? Its right here on the menu! And she looked at it and said “that’s the menu for MEXICANS, look its all in spanish! there’s an american menu on the table.” you had to be there.

It’s too bad the team tournament didn’t go down last night either. Now I’m just sitting here at home doing a research paper =(. I say the finals were very much exciting. Everyone did a great job and hopefully I can see a few of you cats again down the road. Till then Bai bai.
