Honestly, only way to end this crap is for the whole world to raise their kids to be tolerant/accepting of other peoples beliefs/race. Nothing can be done about how past generations think. We need to teach the younger generation and the future generations to be compassionate and not ignorant.

Modern Islamic antisemitism is actually far worse than antisemitism in 1930s Germany. The Nazis kept their Holocaust plans a secret from their citizens because they knew that the German people would think it was a step too far. Hamas openly announce in their charter that there can be no peace until the Muslims kill every single Jew and they get elected in Gaza and have millions of sympathisers (including some of our very own “liberals”). The myths that people (very young children, in many cases, by their teachers) are told are far worse, the rhetoric is far more extreme and the level of hatred that the brainwashing produces is far greater. People who get involved with an extremist organisation or who have the misfortune of living in Palestine* are indoctrinated as if they’d joined a cult, to the point where many of them choose voluntarily to kill themselves just to kill civilians (some of them children) for being Jewish. Think about that for a second; the fact that suicide bombers exist at all is incredibly fucked up. I very much doubt that a sizeable number of Germans would have voluntarily strapped a bomb to themselves and detonated it just to kill a few Jews.
*To my mind, one of the funniest things about this whole conflict is that the Palestinian people get fucked over far worse by their nastier co-religionists than they do by the Israelis. Leaving aside the fact that more of them have been killed by other Arabs than by the Israelis since 1948, they’re basically used as both cannon fodder and ammunition for proxy wars against Israel

My great great grandmother was a German Jew, and when she immigrated to America she didn’t let anyone know because she was afraid in a way that I will probably never understand. You tell me where it tells that every single Jew has to be killed in that charter. Granted that their are some quotes that are completely taken out of context(in which most scholars well versed in Islamic jurisprudence would laugh at), there is nothing about mass killing of Jews. Further more, if you bothered to actually pay any attention to what Hamas has been doing since they got elected to office, you would know that their “charter” is of no relevance to them. Hell, even the leader of Hamas, Khaled Mashal has descirbed the “charter” as “a piece of history and no longer relevant, but cannot be changed for internal reasons.” Another Hamas leader who shares this view and actually supports the 1967 borders is Ismail Haniyeh.
I find it odd that you equate the legitimate struggle of a group of people to the crimes of Nazi Germany, a goverment which went out of its way to kill innocent Jews on a massive scale. No, I can assure you that the Palestinian’s will keep on fighting for their rights, even if the state of Israel declared itself no longer a Jewish state. Hell, I would bet they would continue to fight for their rights even if every single Israeli converted to Islam. So long as the Palestinian’s aren’t seen as equals, there will be no end…
