LiangHuBBB gone?

If Pat woulda gotten off his lazy ass to do somehing with them they woulda been better. :bluu:

Pat was involved a bit. he makes a cameo in the Skullgirls and Fatalities videos. But the project is Matt and Woolie’s baby.

I messaged Matt requesting they do a special edition of Fighterpedia for Evo but didn’t hear back. :frowning:

Their EVO special was Woolie ‘training’ for his battle with Daigo last year

Lliang used a remix of a Street Fighter song that my friend ‘MixerP’ made and didn’t even credit him. Never appreciated him after that.

I love ScrubLords though.

Pat does stuff!

Just not with Scrublords it seems… lol
I’m guessing we only see two of them at a time because it’s kinda hard to incorporate 3 guys into the show when fighting games only tend to cater to 2 people at a time.

I miss Fighterpedia but from the interview they had, it was a pain in the ass to edit especially since they had to get it out every week which involved far more work than any other project they had.

What makes a video “weekly” in itself?

A new video is uploaded every week.

But why couldn’t they upload it less frequently if they can’t handle the workload? Seems logical.

Because the views were low.

Oh so #maxcpm is more important than the content itself? For a moment I forgot how it’s like now…

It’s more about time being spent being equal to the number of views they need. Compared to Scrublords which is easier to edit and they get the same number of views. I don’t think they’re YT whores I think it’s just a case of editing being a huge pain in the ass. And I agree, editing is a huge pain in the ass. Just watch this:

And think of all the footage they must have gone through and had to capture/convert/edit and get the sound right.

as far as I understand it, making youtube vids is a full time job for those guys now, so yeah

Just felt like posting this:

Fuck LiangHuBBB.

anybody remember that autistic guy that Stalked lianghubb on youtube? he made it on Encyclopedia dramatica lol

IIRC, Machinima had them putting it out weekly or something. So they had to have it out for every sunday until the season was over or whatever, and the viewer count was low (something they even joked about in the actual videos), and it just wasn’t something they wanted to keep doing. To be fair, Woolie mentioned once how Matt was more upset over it (being cancelled) than Woolie surprisingly, and they had a ton of ideas for keeping it going (like a mini storyline leading up to a battle between Trogdor arm Shen Long vs Zubaz).

The world of youtube money is harsh lol
