U2 is a scrub killer, if you are confident in hitting your bnb and have good reads/reactions go to U2 here and there. Def one of if not the best ultra in the game.

it’s not situational, in this situation in the middle screen the ultra only do 1 hit, in the corner this happen, good shit capcom…in AE 2012 i not use u2 anymore, that’s a lot of things that can do wrong with this ultra…
u2 is a scrub killer as has been said, but as with any anti-something ultra, if they dont jump/throw fireballs you’re up shit creek without an ultra. at least u1 you will probably land it at least once a round
U2 can do 100 dmg in chip also.
