OK I don’t mean to be disrespectful but I’m going to throw this out there now. This is basically for the people who elected to pre-register last tourney and then either not show up without saying anything or bail within the last 24 hours of the tournament. If you feel you’re not 100% then please don’t post up saying you’re coming and then don’t. While it’s obviously my highest priority to see everyone at these events, it does me no good as an organizer or the tournament itself when players say they’re going to show and don’t. If you’re on the fence then please say so or simply don’t pre-reg until you know for sure.
So basically when I see posts like “maybe I will” or “I might come if” I’m passing on editing the first post. It’s not personal, it’s just being smart about what kind of numbers I"m looking at.

Justin, whens the deadline for the side tourney registration?
The race ends 11:59pm on Thursday March 26th. That way people have the full Friday to decide if they want to join the two games that won the race or possibly even pull out entirely (hopefully letting me know so I can adjust the numbers).
Actual owner says that he can drop by with bb if it makes it to side tourny.

One day doesnt seem like a lot of time for people to not only to decide what to join or whether they want to go, especially since its a friday and a lot of people wont be reading this thread last minute.
There’s also the chance that you might go out and not read this thread, and even little things like equipment can be affected. IE. Someone volunteers to bring a dreamcast and they back out, and nobody volunteers in that little 12 hour stretch, could cause a couple problems.
I was thinking maybe Tuesday or Wed to be on the safe side, so that you know exactly what people shoudl bring, and to ensure there’s backup equipment and such. just my opinion though.
