He tried to win by chipping with Super, got punished for it, and the reaction afterwards in the video is similar to the evo moment. do you want Sagat to parry the whole Super in order for it to be similar to the evo moment? 
It’s not out of the ordinary to punish something on reaction. Especially in SF4.

Except for the fact that no one has ever seen anything before like that in 3S ever back in 2K4 or even expected it. I see supers getting punished with supers and ultras get punished with ultras all the time because people still think that shit works even though it never did since ST. This might sound a bit contradictory but what the Balrog player did would’ve worked in any other game probably. Too bad SF4 has no blockstun.
