You could even see that Daigo was a bit shaken up after the match. You can’t read that stuff–it must be seen.

Yeah Daigo did seem a bit shaken up, but you could tell he hella wanted to smile though but was trying to keep his “cool guy” composure until he had to face the crowd and got his hand put up. Who could not resist smiling at that point when you face a couple thousand people cheering for you after an intense match? lol.
To answer some frequently asked questions:
The reason why I did not put any match footage is because I wanted to respect the wishes of the EVO staff of not recording full matches. I don’t plan to put any match footage because it is paid for content.
To all the Daigo fanboys: This video was not meant to be a gripe at Daigo. I just wanted to convey the emotion of the situation. How seemingly East Coast and West Coast rivals all of sudden united and cheered for Justin. How people were seemingly rooting for the underdog. How all of Justin’s training came down to the finals of the biggest tourney of the year. In fact I was so filled with emotion during the finals I could barely hold the camera straight. It was never meant to be a “Justin should have won” or “Daigo sucks. Justin Rulez” video. In fact, I played sort of congratulatory music for Daigo when he won in respects for an amazing match and display of skill.
I will get the list of songs I used as soon as I remember what they were. lol.
Yeah, you can clearly see the beginning of the end of East vs West for more of a US vs Japan focjus start in that video.
