It would be nice, we still know practically squat about the Ebon Daughter and at present I am mad pissed at Naizen. Daigotsu made an excellent appearance in front of the Empress through Daigotsu Okii.

Personally though, I want Yogo Kazunori back I loved him in Death at Koten, he’s like…the Scorpion clan equivelent of Vega. But as far as I am aware, he’s nailed to a tree somewhere in Traitor’s Grove so I doubt we’ll see him again rolls eyes
I’m apparently a bad omen among those I play with. Every clan I have decided to pick up so far, their champion has died. (So you can guess, I went through Crab, then Scorpion).
I guess that’s the one hidden blessing of Lion Clan’s ridiculous champion turnover rate. They rarely live long enough for us to get attached to them. But then you have dudes like Kuon who last forever, and by then expectations are so high that it’s impossible to give them a fitting ending. People even complained when Chags died, even after he’d killed like four central characters.
Then again, maybe this normal for a story with no true protagonist. Everyone considers their favorite character the protagonist.
Man I really wanna break into L5R, the setting, CCG, and Tabletop game all sound like mad fun, and back home theirs a decent sized community of players.
