ā¦ iāve been maining gen since vanilla but i absolutely dont know shit about U2, especially mantis U2ā¦ the very few times i used it it looked like it did almost all grey damage at the end of the animationā¦
it just seemed like it did more actual damageā¦ i thought that red bar would have become almost fully grey but it did more
but i probably have no idea about how mantis U2 works when the opponent is around 20-30% stamina left, probably :\

@tha messiah : did you test that stuff ? => mantis 2lp - mantis 2lk - crane 2lk - crane 2mp - reset with oga cross upā¦ for the moment, i had some problem with the oga (and sometimes with the crane 2mp ) but it seems to be fine against some char like honda or clawā¦
When Mantis Ultra 2 hits, it deals 23 non-grey damage and up to 420 grey damage. Like if some one has very low life they cannot take the full blow and will die. So if they have full health, and you hit them with ultra 2, I believe if the grey damage fully recovers they donāt have full health. Iām not 100% but I thought I read some where that Ultra 2 did 23 damage and 420 grey.
I donāt follow what you mean by mantis 2lp - mantis 2lk - crane 2lk - crane 2mp - reset with oga cross. You can only hit onces after oga cross. Please explain.

@warlike : just 3 or 4 days agoā¦ maybe he had a loosing streak, i donāt knowā¦ i see youāre playing on psn, but iām only playing on xbox live, perhaps thatās the reason for his pointsā¦
@tha messiah : the first hits are not after a oga, itās a basic combo (after a jump in for exempleā¦), you connect the mantis 2lp with the crane 2lk and after that => crane 2mp - oga crossupā¦

2 means crouch (check the numbers of your keyboardā¦) you do mantis 2lk (or lp) - mantis 2lp -crane 2lk and after that crane 2mp - oga cross upā¦ i tried it against honda and clawā¦ it works fine ( can break scarlett terror and sumo splash )ā¦ free gekiro after that 
but connecting mantis cr.lp and crane cr.lk is pretty hard at the beginning, needs training for that. but it works
Found a little trick against rufus.
Crane J.HK xās2, c.mp, (on hit) mk far oga is a cross-up. (It wont work if Rufus blocks the combo). Its somewhat of a combo reset. I havenāt tried it on anyone else yet.
