I’m getting treated like a little bitch boy because my Master Sergeant has no fucking idea what I can do so he makes me sit there and answer phones. He gets pissed off when I go and work on all my servers, telling me that my “mission” is at the desk… answering fucking phones. You don’t see people asking to do more work, but damn, I hate sitting there all day answering phones. If I don’t get out of there by next week I’m going straight to my batallion commander (who chose me by name to be part of this “team” that I’m supposed to be working… yeah fucking right, all I do is answer phones) and telling her that she better move me back so I can work with my Exchange servers again or that I’m going to refuse to do any work at all. Fuck all the bullshit. Have a fucking buck private answer the damn phone. They bitching saying the servers this, the servers that… well, if I can’t fucking fix them, they will stay broke, so they got no right to bitch when it could be as simple as letting me go and fix my servers for a few hours instead of having me sit at a desk and answer the phones.
I really need to vent all this bullshit. I have thousands and thousands of dollars worth of training… and instead of having me do my job, they pulled me out of my section (where I was doing my job) so I could answer phones.
Man, I feel EVERY word of your pain on that. What you listed above was one of the things I absolutely hated about the Navy. the fact that they could just put you whereever they wanted, reguardless of your job description. And somehow, they have the nerve to act like you’re wrong for being upset. It’s BS like that which costs the military hundreds to thousands of good workers. Who’s gonna put up with being turned into an office bitch when they came here to work on computers/machines/etc? And on top of it, they are trying to STILL make you work on the machines? nah. I’d take the training and give them the finger. I hope that they will listen to you soon and put you back where you want to be. I know I got tired of being bounced around when I was in and I got out. It isn’t easier out here, quite the opposite in fact. The thing is, I’m happier. I call the shots and I control my fate. I know you can’t just walk out the door on them today, so I’ve come up with a plan B. Everytime you get pissed at them, think of the chick in the attachment as supervisor, just hotter, half naked, and willing to follow orders instead of take them. Before I forget, Thanks for your part in keeping America free. I know the job isn’t easy and I appreciate those who took their place in line after I left.

Earlier today I was playing with My friend’s 6 month old son. For the past week or so he’s been sick, so I’ve been trying to make him feel better. As luck would have it, my good deed got punished, albeit in a rather comical manner.
While holding him up for another round of flying baby, he started making that face you make just before you sneeze. I don’t know why, but I froze. I had more than enough time to turn him away, but I didn’t. Surely enough, he sneezed. One second I’m tickling the midget. the next, I’m COVERED from hair to neck in snot. I could feel the weight of it all stuck to my face and oozing off slowly. I couldn’t move, I could speak, I couldn’t breathe. I was just frozen with a baby in my hands, and a face covered in baby boogers. My friend came and got him after rolling around laughing for what felt like hours to me and I finally washed them off after having to be led to the sink. I wasn’t mad mind you, All I could do is laugh at the ownage. well, that and share it with late night of course. So how have the rest of you fared today?
I just talked to 3 of my NCO’s from my old shop, my NCOIC from my old shop, 2 NCO’s from my current section, and a few really powerful civilians… I give a fuck, I’m getting the fuck outta that section. The 2 NCO’s from my current section are asking what would make me happy, because they can do it if I stay… I told them fuck you, move me back, because I don’t want to do any work for my new section anymore. Fuck answering phones.
My old NCOIC said that if this is the case, me doing nothing up at my new section, then they had no right to pull me since they crippled my old section by pulling me out. I was the primary on every server we have back there and most of the mission critical components… She said she is going to bring it up right away and try to get me back… going to my First Sergeant and CO to talk with them. I’m going to talk to them myself, and I’m going to go up every chain in that ladder raising hell until I get back to my old section. They can get someone else to answer the damn phones. I want to go back to working on my servers already.

I can answer that one for you. That’s Shermie from KOF 96. She’s one of 4neqs favorite characters and he draws her often. I mainly know all this because of the fan art section. If you haven’t visited yet, go check it out.

In the original Resident Evil (by Capcom) for the PSX, the Raccoon Police Department (R.P.D. <-- :rolleyes: ) was sent to investigate the mansion where the Umbrella Corperation had set up a science lab. The reason it had been investigated was strange reports of missing persons and bizarre incidents with “zombie”-like creatures.
Of corse, in the game you fight zombies and other mutants all night.
The playable characters were Jill Valnetine (appears in MvC2) and Chris Redfield.
Albert Wesker, Barry Burton, and Rebecca Chambers also appear in the first game as NPC’s. Brad Vickers, and Joseph Frost appear in the game as well, though they don’t last too long.
They are all from the “S.T.A.R.S.” unit of the R.P.D.
The first Resident Evil novel (by S.D. Perry) was based on the first PSX Resident Evil, and is extremely accurate to the game (you can tell the author actually PLAYED the damn game). Highly enjoyable read, highly recommend it…
Anyway, yeah… It all takes place in Raccoon Forest, which is in Raccoon City. And the death toll is due to the Tyrant Virus (A.K.A. “T-Virus”, which turns people into zombies) created by the Umbrella Corperation – and the zombies themselves, of corse.
If you’ve never played the first game, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it. Especially at night with the lights off and no one around. The game is CREEEPY and FUN. One of my favorite games.

I am watching some NCAA this afternoon…college football is the greatest sport ever, if you ask me!!! :pleased: i made a thread hoping that someone can give an account of good games coming on this weekend, but it’ll prolly fall back to the third page in like an hour. =(
