-today at work I just got the most severe burn I’ve ever gotten thanks to mrs. big butt running me over near the grill. I’ve got about an inch plus worth of blister to let heal, but I know I’m gonna end up breaking the skin somehow. no matter, I still have cash and I may end up with enough cash to get a used car before Christmas. if not by then, most certianly soon after. yep, things are starting to look upwards now. How’s it going for everyone else?

If I can find a good used V8, I’ll be on it and in it. right now though, I’ll settle for something that can handle cross-country travel. I haven’t hit my home in forever and I’m developing a terminal case of home-sick. even more than that, I’d like to find a better job. with some transportation, I can get around far better and faster. Right now, I’m stuck with whatever I can find. Still, all good things comes to those who make them come. finally, I’m making that happen.

I’m burnt out from work, recently. I had a dumbshit Soldier attempt to commit suicide, and then turn around and try to blame it on me, knowing damn well all my counseling statements, email trails, and discussions with leadership completely cover my ass. Fucking ungrateful Soldiers.

I’m counting down the months… 22 months and I’m done with my contract… shit… 4 years have passed fairly quickly already, hopefully the last two pass quickly too…
looks like uncle scam is still pulling the same old tricks on the men and women in uniform. that certainly sucks seeing as how right now the whole country needs to be pulling together more than ever before, but seems to be spliting more than ever. still, you have the satisfaction of knowing that you’re doing a job that a lot of people don’t even have the guts to do. that can’t be changed no matter what.
I hope you two get some well earned rest soon. the more, the better.

i mean, there’s the usual bs you gotta put up with namean? but this just extends. seems like our command cares nothing of the morale of it’s soldiers. and they know we don’t like them too(the company commander and 1sg) so they rub it in. bi-polar pieces of shit.
they probably dont have the guts to do it due to obvious things(iraq), but + stuff like this that’s going on with me right now i’m sure is another reason

Slide I hope you are happy soon… 3 more years and I’m done working with the F/A-18… its funny how the Navy is so overmanned, yet we are so short-handed in our squadron… the squadron is going all civilian soon, in like a year, so we have hardly anyone, but the same work-load.
Every unit has it’s problems - my unit has a problem with me taking leave, for example. I hate you though. You are getting you sooner than I am. :razz:
well, this is what I like to call the thread about nothing. it started when a lot of us were all online at night ( me at work and some others just plain bored.) and just started chatting on the site via posts. now it’s become a thread where anyone with problems sleeping can post up any kind of post that crosses their minds. as it is, it’s usually the same suspects everytime, but anyone is welcome to post. hope that helps.

meh. Life is getting better, but as always there has to be a few snags in the way. as you all have said, working in fast food will suck out your soul. fortunately, mine is very VERY hard to get, plus the brain IS tricky enough to help slow the process. With any luck, I won’t have to stay there very long. All I really need is a car and I’ll be able to get around better. Then I can go after whatever job I want. until then it’s the same old grind, but we all do it. holla back.

Today was a bit weird, but still cool. I got called into work because they were short handed…Again. The only bad part is that I had been taking my monthly swig of vodka the night before. even though it had pretty much worn off by that time, I still wasn’t crazy about the idea of running around in hot weather and working on an even hotter grill. it was my luck that it wasn’t bad at all. no problems at work and no problems inside my body. on top of that, the extra hours can only boost my cash, and further help my goals. Tomorrow should be fun too. big booty will be there again. This time, I’ll have some extra protection on my arms. no more burn marks on me thank you very much. What’s up for everyone else?
