Yeah, I wish I could replace this av with a cleaner higher quality version, but I wouldn’t be able to retain the dimensions.
Not all new soldiers are shitbags, but it just happens that mine are. I have 2 more years left. The National Guard and Reserves are crocks of shit. Every NG or USAR soldier I work with is ate up to all hell. The problem is not that the basic and AIT are relaxed, but they feel the need to push soldiers through even if they are unprepared. Basic training at Ft. Knox and Ft. Benning is still pretty rough, although the higher ups are putting more stress on the leadership to push soldiers through instead of making sure they are adaquetely prepared for a life in the Army. If you read into it, they were never supposed to hit or cuss at new privates, but it happens anyway. Now that they have less time to spend smoking the shit out of privates and recycling them, they don’t really rough them up as much.
In any case, although I do sometimes curse and smoke my joes, I don’t do it just for shits and giggles.

If you read the HBB/Blunt threads you would probably figure it out. In any case, the NG and USAR would be a good decision if they gave you a conditional promotion for it… but you also risk being deployed since NG and USAR units deploy so often nowadays. Combine that with them being unprepared for combat and you might not come back.

I was drunk at the time, so my reflexes weren’t quite up to speed. well, I didn’t want to twist much with a bunch of little kids around, so I tried staying still. well, those kids must have had a map. they knew exactly where to tickle me. I was wiggling all over the place. finally, I get free and run for my life. they have the tickling power, but my keep away is beyond them. I finally get away and run for everything I’m worth. just becarefull and learn from the lesson of starhammer.
