If somebody doesn’t play SSFIV, they can just pay the $15 venue fee + the $7 MvC3 fee right? ($22)
The reason why I ask, is because it almost appears as the “venue fee” is mandatory $25, and it also covers SSFIV. And if you would also like to play marvel, add another $7. That’s sort of how it appears with the way it explained as to how the $25 “venue fee” gets broken down.

its too broken to even consider playing competively, ill play it, but not in tournys, the game doesnt take long to get good at (for some people) and ill still help you with wesker but i am not going to take the game seriously
