Why would he speak out against it they helped him win the Tour de France 7 times. Obviously they improved his life 7 fold. Who would even believe for a second that he regrets taking drugs for cycling? I wouldn’t my kid watching him advocating against drugs, all it teaches him is he can get out of trouble after the fact as long as he says he’s sorry, and lies about regretting using a sports enhancer, which he doesn’t.
