Well, coming back to Lake Jackson from Austin is definitely a switch. At least I’m not going to school though. But there isn’t an arcade here anymore, and from what it looks like everybody has dropped video games and replaced it with poker. I guess I’m too late. Boy how I miss the days of Power Play. Well, anyways I’ll go ahead and give it a shot. I’m back for the summer and I work all day Monday-Friday, but usually free on evenings (except tuesday and thursday, have class at BC until July). I play CvS, CvS2, GGX, GGXX, MvC2, and I’m currently trying to learn how to play 3rd Strike. I’d play Killer Instinct Gold, Vampire Savior, Tech Romancer, and the ORIGINAL Super Smash Brothers (screw that melee garbage) but I doubt anybody plays those anymore. I’d be all right with some casuals, but I doubt I’ll have a consistent enough schedule to do any tournaments. I’m surpised I’m still able to play to be honest. I’ll check the board whenever I can. Keep playing everyone. Don’t let the arcade die.

and whats the deal with stargate? is some sort of godly place where gamers are gods or is it some arcade type place?
all this take me to sg shit makes it sound like its heavan or some shit.
Its pretty close, lots of top gamers go there to play and you can play for cheap.
I remember going to Gameworks in the DWF area and all night game play was expensive…at sg its super cheap compared to what I had to pay to get into GW, and that was on ladies night!
