Just Received my Shafts and Actuators this morning! Complete with cool looking Polish stamps!

Is the JLF fat actuator also influencing diagonals as well as joystick’s speed ?
Also some people asked for custom JLW shafts eventhough they are not listed. Does it means you are inclined to perform other shaft’s mods than those listed ? If so I may be very interested .
About the lack of fences on the bottom of the shafts, do you think it is advisable to do it ourselves or is that area too fragile ?

All proportions are similar how on original JLF (diagonals also)
mod get you only faster engage and shorter throw
but this is still JLF - have small death zone,
I did not remove this effect because death zone give good tolerance for input mistakes
this is not ultra mod or fix kit
I can improve this mod but after JLF it will stop acting how JLF :stuck_out_tongue:
personaly I do not like JLF but all is fine, good joystick. I do not want use “brutal force” to change him to SUZO

not fragile - I dont have mills machine:P

I have different projects, completly new stick. I executed 2 prototypes - unfortunately they act bad…some things I need improve

Really looking forward to your new stick plan. Can we expect a small sized base so it’s easy to install even in a HORI stick like Tekken 6 wireless?

base is compact like on seimitsu stick 4,5cm
HORI can take >3,5cm, stick not fit
