I’m not a hundred percent certain, but I think that’s it.

I’ve seen fancier and more professional looking ones around, but they’re hella pricey. No sure about the lag generated by them. :\

very nice

Oh that’s cool stuff tnx. I’m also curious about lag on them. Would love to here Laughs input since he’s played on them.

wait, so why wasn’t daigo on top 4 for jap?

That cocky vega got owned lol

@Laugh
u looked nervous against that rufus. It happens though, losing to someone who u should be able to beat. Nonetheless, good effort and u r still in the game against the Japanese, so good luck with that, bro!

I am also curios, how come Daigo is not invited to Korea?
It will be fun to watch Daigo vs Poongko again after the Gamestop National

maybe daigo lost to qualify for this fight! the guy isn’t a god, who is the top 4 for jap anyways?

Those were some hype matches! can’t wait for the finals and 4v4

really surprised there arent any sagats in the tourney at all

Not to say Daigo isn’t respected in Korea or Japan, but I think the level of admiration for Daigo is much higher in the United States. Not to say he doesn’t necessarily deserve to be included, but I’m sure for them its not the same knee jerk decision to invite Daigo when you have such a wide field of top players to choose from as it is in the United States. So when you ask why Daigo isn’t included, ask if there is anyone on that team that should definitely be kicked off in place of Daigo. I don’t think there is.

It’s not like Daigo needs to be invited everytime. It’s good they spotlight other top notch Japanese players such as Mago & Momochi. For a change it’s nice to see other top Japanese players against other parts of the world rather than Daigo all day all night.

correct me if i’m wrong, i’m a little disoriented from my meds

so i think i saw mago(sagat) momochi(akuma, ryu) iyo(sim)

Infiltration be even holding his own against the japs

If I understand correctly, one on day 16 to 16 people broke the 16-head Kindebu.
Japan and Korea on day two of four matches against four of the TV?
Japan day 3 of 4 people + tournament held in Korea is 12 plus people
Mago one place.
Second, Kindebu.
Momochi and third, Korean players Honda

Those who are invited are definitely NOT the top 4 in Japan

These are the last known TOP 5 in Japan:

  1. Mago ?? SG 443,845 BP
  2. Ojisanboy ??? SG 323,514 BP
  3. Umehara ??? RY 317,294 BP
  4. RF ??? SG 278,229 BP
  5. Bonchan ??? SG 189,118 BP

If Daigo is not invited the TOP 4 will be ALL Sagat

That’s right folks…4 Sagat in the TOP 5 in Japan

Arcade BP isn’t exactly the definitive skill indicator, I’d go by tournament results.

In Japan, it kinda is…

BP is a good indicator of how good you are but isn’t necesarrily means ranking I guess…

If u go to big box and get a good winning percentage, then you maybe a good player

but I think u can also go to other arcade with less competition than big box
get an 80% winning percentage there and hundreds of thousand of BP then get ur butt kicked at Big Box.

tournaments?? maybe also a good indicator of how good a player is…but then again it’s also debatable coz what kind of tourney u won n where plus who is in and not in that tournament…other factors are definitely counted as well, ur condition, preparation, etc

For example, the last tourney Laugh was in, personally, I don’t think that Rufus player is better than Laugh. However, in that tourney, he brought his A game and manage to beat Laugh

It’s kinda hard to determine who Actually is the top 4 players anywhere in the world. I think everybody has their own opinion

For me, Mago has more BP than Daigo, win more tourney in Japan than Daigo but I think Daigo is the better player. Others might think differently though

I think arcade BP roughly drafts the top 10, but as to the exact ranking amongst them… not really. Mago has the highest BP and wins more tournaments, but loses to Daigo consistently. We can’t really rank either of them as #1 based on this.

Omg Infiltration destroyed that one Sagat
