Clubs in Busan: Club Maktum and Club Elune (Maktum I think is better) in Haeundae Beach, Foxy Club in Seomyeon.
Other than that, there’s others but if you want more of a bar type atmosphere, then the university areas are pretty good (PNU and Kyungsung University)
