I definitely do not agree with the version 1.1 because still has many bugs !!
So, of start of the bugs, the Hyper Gauge is bad made !! (I guess, principally for hits that uses the jumps, All Hits I speak !!)
And about balance, for me and many players also here, I guess, really Raiden and others characters they need of one new balance soon !!:annoy:

Yo Musolini, i saw a post on DC of you asking if there was a XIII board in Belgium?
I contacted the dude from Belgium Arcade and he hasn’t heard of it, but will let me know if they have it somewhere. The only kof cabs i could find had 98/UM and XI.
seems like this arcade in New York City is going to have kof 13. I think the arcade is the the successor to china fair arcade it seems. But that i am not sure about.
Currently it is at 50 cents a game and is only open during tournament time and on Fridays and weekends. According to the owner, there will be an hourly and flat rate available for access to the venue and all arcade games will be only 25 cents a game.
There’s a cab in Bangor, Northern Ireland.
