My guess for the next reveal is Alice, Ryo, and one of the Another World girls.
I must be the only one not getting the joke, how does loung resemble juri? Other than being females that use mostly kicks I don’t see anything else.
The posture of her kicks and her basic stances resemble Juri.

Judging by the link URL, it doesn’t look like this is official, but this looks pretty damn good. It kind of reminds me of Shinkiro’s old work for KOF (around KOF97-ish Shinkiro’s art started to look a little more detailed). The solid colors with understated contrast, black outlines and the detail of the face are all reminiscent of Shinkiro’s art… and it’s a good thing.
Because they’re both Korean girls and all Korea girls look alike.

I saw some people say that she got some moves that looks like Juri’s and one of her stances looks like Juri’s idle stance.
Altho those moves and stance reminds me of Jhun. But i guess most people in the west don’t even know who it is. They probably don’t even know that KOF had alot of Tae Kwon Do females before Juri existed so as soon as they saw another female doing Tae Kwon Do they directly lincked it to Juri.
What’s really ridiculous is that people are saying that Luong and Nelson are “bladant rips offs” of Juri/Poison and Boxer/Steve Fox. Can’t really blame them since they don’t know any better.

The pose with the leg up? Kim has been doing them since forever. The counter with the leg up? Jae Hoon had it in Garou MOTW.
I’m with you on this as well. I’ll give people that they have similar colour palletes, but other than that…
Similar looking moves/stances? They’re both TKD users, so there’s bound to be some similarities here.
Both fight with bare feet? So does Kim. I just assumed it’s a TKD thing.
Both are sexy? Being sexy describes 99% of all female fighting game characters. The two sport very different kinds of “sexy”.
As I said in an earlier post: I main’d Juri in USF4, and to me the biggest thing that would make Loung look like a wannabe Juri is if she played like Juri i.e. have an oppressive zoning game coupled with the ability to deal big damage from a good read. There is nothing in the trailers or screenshots we’ve seen that would indicate that, so all we have is: “she’s a sexy TKD user”.
