I called Vice Being revealed too but didn’t say anything cuz I didn’t want to jinx it, but I figured Athena would be the third reveal. I could tell from concept I wouldn’t like Sylvie but goddamn I didn’t know she would be this bad. She is exactly the type of character I hate. But anyway, I’m glad to see some of the new characters. Can’t wait for Mui Mui, the boxer, and Geese’s butler
Edit: oh and Vice looks amazing, but something tells me she won’t have her lightning legs and that makes me sad. There is always a catch. Also Kim’s animation are looking pretty smooth but the lighting on his face seems off. It could just be the stage though(low lighting in the aquarium). Also it looks like we may be getting team specific stages and that’s always cool. The Fatal Fury stage(truck stops are usually synonymous with Terry Bogard) looks great and has a good share of bg dudes.
I’m surprised she isn’t getting more hate though. Based on majority of the comments from different websites she’s receiving, it’s mainly something like “WTF, she’s extemely wacky but I weirdly kinda like her”.
She probably won’t be one of my mains, but I’ll enjoy using her. She’s a cutesy character, but more of a wacky cutesy as oppose to the typical kawaii moe cutesy, which makes her stand out more.
Plus her comparison with Kyary Pamyu Pamyu made me like her even more.
Yes, definitely Sylvie is inspired by Kyary Pamyu Pamyu. Well, aty least is not typical sweet moe girl. Is more like a little crazy funny witch.
Vice liked me. She looks more evil than ever. Kim, well is just him, not too much to say.
Kyo looks ugly as hell. He was 10.000 times better in first KOF XIV trailer.
And then there are the males such as Boa and Chris.
But seeing as how Lucky Chloe got so much hate, I expected Sylvie would get more too. But it seems her response mainly is lowkey positive now. (at the same time tho, KOF isn’t as popular as Tekken which could explain why she doesn’t have as much have as much)
New stage is fucking excellent, it certainly reminds me of old skool snk stages, like terrys in ff3 or in rb2

Sylvie seems to be a Mignion 2.0. No thank you. I don’t really like her and her voice is super annoying (I hope she isn’t top tier. Don’t too meet too many guys playing her online.)
Vice’s outfit looks nice, tho i’m not a fan of what’s going on with her waits. Also, i like how she looks more mature now. She looks like a nice milf. Hue hue hue.
Kim looks less finished than the others, his shading looks weird. Seems like he still got his neomax from XIII.
