For some reason I don’t see the last member of the South Town team being a girl, much less some female delinquent. I mean why would Geese be with some random delinquent, Billy fills that role just fine. Besides we already have plenty of female newcomers, it wouldn’t be a tragedy to have one less

As I said before, ReoGeoSRK isn’t necessarily a bad player. He just says the stupidest shit at times, but it contradicts how he actually plays fighting games. He actually adapted to O. Yashiro tick > leap throw gimmicks. He DPs and footsies me well with Benimaru so I get fucked.

If we can just fix ReoGeo’s attitude, then things will be all and swell because he actually isn’t too bad for a beginner. It’s just the conceited attitude at times and ignoring my shit that gets me, not the actual way he plays

I’m rusty in general now, but that’s no excuse. I should start playing this more again. I suggest watching the iDB_HD vs Laban replay too. I lost 1-2, but the guy rage quits (or if I give a benefit of a doubt, accidentally disconnected) on the first round of our fourth game because I caught him with a raw Orochinagi which I used as a reversal to get upper body invul to plow through his Shingo’s qcf+A which tried to hit me during my frame disadvantage.

I’m surprised by BigDaimon since he had a US flag, and I mostly got bopped until I adapted and won the last game in which he subsequently quit. It’s kind of obnoxious when people do that, because I want to keep running the player match up to get used to their stuff for long term tournament play style experience. Oh well.

I should ramp up KOF training for KOFXIV release this year.

In spite of the fact that I lost I still had a lot of fun. Laban you’re way ahead of me in this game and KOF in general. I can apply it ST and 3s skill set but I need to expand my mind in order to truly optimize my potential in this game. However KOF98 is more or less just a way for me to get familiar with the general principles of KOF. KOFXIV will be the game that I think I’ll finally be able to take a crack at and get good in. KOF98 gets my blood boiling and my competitive drive going, I think it will be a great experience leasing into KOFXIV.

There shouldn’t be a limit to how many female characters a game should have, honestly don’t understand why some players think there should be in the first place.

Also it’s not just about another female character, it’s about the overall archetype. And I’m sure there could be a reason to have a female delinquent (or someone like that) in the Southtown team.

And it was just a suggestion. PS I also said a character like this could be for the prison team.

All I said was that I don’t THINK(objective thought and opinion) the last South Town team member will be female and if there were no female newcomers besides the ones we know about(Alice, Kim’s master’s wife, acting mask girl, Chinese idol,pretty Latin girl, Nakaruru, Love Heart and Mui Mui) it would not be a tragedy. All I was saying is that having only 8 out of 19 new characters being female is not the end of the world.
