At last! After a week and a half of struggling with the mechanics of this game, trying every character on the roster and swearing loudly at the TV trying to do Special/Drive cancels, I have forged a team I can use! K`/Daimon/Shen. Now to practice their combos and get my ass handed to me online.

I guess people call KOF an “anime game” because “hops kill grounded footsie games.” But people that say that are pretty dumb so w/e. In terms of anime references among other pop cultural references, KOF is rife with them; Street Fighter is as guilty of it as KOF is.
Guile is Stroheim and Rose is Lisa Lisa from Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure. Benimaru is Polnareff as well from the same series just as a small piece of trivia. Then Capcom ended up making the Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure fighting game that also happens to feature both rolls and hops. Very neato
I’m in the southeast (Alabama). I sometimes have 4 bars with east people. Usually that or 3 and its most of the time stable. GT:This Be Nagato.

I’m also east coast (CT). The connections I’ve been having in this game are weird. Sometimes I get good connections to people as far as Mexico, but sometimes I can’t even get a good connection to someone who lives half an hour away.
After May 5th I should be free every weekend. GT is in sig.

No more DLC planned. If they do, better bring that tiger style ryo my nigga. I’d pay 20 bucks for that shit lol.
I’d love to see Shingo or Garou Terry. But there is no more DLC planned and I’m quite happy with what we have now.
This is my first SNK game evvveerr, so I have no preference.

No Alternate K’ unless they put Krizalid in, but he’s a clone of K.’
The DLC the game has now is spectacular so no worries or problems for me. I love it.
