Picking up my copy today along with the guide book. It does exist. I hope online is not as bad as Garou (although I did get some alright matches).
just played arcade mode, 40 mins in practice mode and about 2 hours of online through player and ranked matches 1 on 1.
When i faced people with yellow connections i would get about a .25 of a second delay for every move and supers would sometimes slow the screen to a stop.
Red connection people was a choppy mess with stop and go action all over the place. It is basically unplayable.
I have had 1 blue connection match and that played as smoothly as a normal street fighter 4 match played.
so far in my experience it is a worst netcode then BB and SF4 and SFHDremix for sure. But it is still playable imo as long as the connection is yellow or above.
Yea its def playable just stay away from 1 bar connections. Hopefully we get a patch BB style to make it better.

really, cause its unplayable to me regardless of whatever connecting im vsing. Im on ps3. someone add me and hit me up for some rounds so i can really test it.

Sucks to hear about the netcode…just picked this up during my lunch break and have it sitting on my desk right now, lol. Luckily there’s people locally that’ll play if the online sucks hardcore for me (it’s why I went ahead and still bought Garou on 360 since I didn’t have it for DC).
It will get patched. Every game gets patched.:xeye:
People can try to justify the shitty netcode any way they want. “Oh, it ain’t that bad.” “Sometimes it’s playable.” Screw that, anyone who knows anything about KOF knows how bad the community was pushing for excellent online play. The fact that this wasn’t implemented just shows that SNK doesn’t give a damn about us. They don’t care about the player base at all…
So how is the gameplay? Solid like CVS2? or more like the original KOF?
Lets hope for it, I’ll keep my fingers crossed.

well since alot of people are saying the netcode is ass my question is how is it offline does it play as smooth as the arcade (Regardless of wat ppl say i’m going to pick up my copy i got hooked on that game when i was in CTF)
Yeah exactly. I am curious still if anyone here got an update from the second they put it into the console.
It is still very possible this game’s netcode isn’t finished and they are ready to patch it at launch.
