Have you ever played a KOF game? The whole basis of the series is 3 vs 3 fighting. If it doesnt have this feature it wouldnt be a KOF game. Now the clan feature is online for you and your friends to make a team and challenge other clans. Like something you find in COD4.

I worded my question badly… yes I know KOF is a team based fighter.

My question is can three separate gamertags like me and two friends fill up a team of three and play another team of three gamers online? or is that feature PS3 only with it’s clan mode?

6 separate online players on 2 teams, possible on 360 or just PS3?

Yea it’s out. I’ll go pick up my copy in like a hour or so. I’m just hoping for some netcode reports. Acceptable lag levels and no host advantage is all I’m asking. Cause MotW and KoF98UM were disgusting and I love both of those games.

Ok theres a 3 bar cell phone graph that shows your connection. I had a match with someone just now with 2 bars and it was smooth. Im looking for a 3 bar connection now. My friends are still waiting on their copys which I have good connections with.

1 Bar and the graph is red.
2 Bars and its green.
3 Bars and its blue.

Sytha, in this thread it has been stated 1000x times. Garou and KOF98 were out-sourced to a small chinese company. It was not made by SNK. KOF12 is completely done in-house by SNK/Ignition.

I understand. It just really doesn’t inspire much confidence after the last 2 titles being outsourced with bad netcode. This sounds pretty good tho. I’ll go grab my copy in a couple minutes.

Why would you want a stream? Streams are normally chopping as hell. It wont tell you anything on netcode.

Smooth is good to hear, they’re shitting all over it in the KOF section, but it’s still early. Im going to try to pick it up this afternoon.
