Picked up my copy this past Friday at Game Crazy. $15.
No one in Houston has it. all the gamestops and Game crazys said a ton of people are asking for it but they just are not going to get it in store.
So today I broke down and ordered it on Amazon. I’m getting that thing overnighted with some other stuff so I’ll have it tomorrow.
Anyone wanting Neo Geo Battle Colosseum might want to pre order it on-line now because you may never see it in a store.

just ordered it and ngbc on amazon, anyone have any experiences with the super saver shipping? the order page said it’d be 5-9 business days which is a bit odd but i just figured it was because thanksgiving is around the corner; in short, are they fairly reliable with shipping your orders when you’d expect?

I might buy this game even though I haven’t played a KOF game in a long while. How is the game? Pretty good balance? Sorry for the nooby questions, I just don’t know much about it.
It has it’s tiers like any other fighter but it’s not too horribly unbalanced. Really it’s one of the best fighters to come out in years and it’s only $15 so it’s a no brainer. just buy it already you won’t regret it.
I ordered all the same, and have already played KOF XI in japanese a couple months ago.
I ordered in on Amazon and they delayed KOF and FPR one day and then delayed Neo Geo twice so I emailed them complaining and they gave me free shipping on all 3 ! I picked 2 day shipping and the total was $13 for shipping, so I saved $13.
Got 2 people to buy KOF XI as well ! Woo.
got it from a local gamestop, they only received 4 copies of the game in WHITE CD sleeves, so I got one of the 2 display boxes to put my game in.
I don’t understand how that works. They only got the actual game DVDs, no boxes for them.
I’m also in the camp of people that already have KOF XI and NGBC in Japanese copies. Never hurts to both have an extra and to support the local SNK scene.
Having it in english allows joe average to hop in on it as well
still no sightings in my area though (will probably amazon it)
Yea I found it randomly, went into gamestop to pick up Jam Sessions and saw it while I was walking to the DS games.
I’m pretty new to the competitive side of KOF, I’m just now actually sitting down to learn the game mechanics and everything so having the move lists in the menu in English will help me out when picking up new characters.
Just know that Kula is top tier.

Teo wrote a good detailed movelist for KOF XI, it can be found at GameFaqs. It tells properties of moves, normal moves that are cancelable, moves you can QS out of, etc. Great for those who are new to KOF games.

According to amazon, KOF XI shipped on friday and I should be getting it sometime tomorrow. This is much better than me actually calling and driving around for this game.
That tier list is a joke, and it looks like somebody vandalized the KOF XI wiki AGAIN.

just to let people know if your in the austin area Gamefellas off anderson has about 15 copies of the game. Its 20 bucks but its better then waiting around for gamecrazy or Gamestop to get it in.
Some people at the NeoGeo forums are claiming that they took out the 480p option from the USA release of KOF XI (present on the Japanese version), if somebody already grabbed a copy of this can you please check it out? if thats true…weird SNK Playmore
