All those were present in the US version as well.
and probably every copy that includes 94 and 98

Good to know. I randomly picked up a copy at GS today with some extra store credit.
The two Joybox converters I picked up a couple months ago made the decision even easier.
Is it me or does the Wii version play better?
Try doing cr.lk xx Maiden Masher with Iori in 98 using analog stick, quite frustrating. But on the Wii it feels a little better and not as harsh on the stick.
Personally, I’ve determined playing this on d-pad (or custom stick) is better than playing on analog or hori sticks.
YA FEEL MAE:looney:!!!
man i tried playin it on sticks i couldn’t even get a frickin special or a super you really need the pad or maybe the HORi
cuzen when is JPN is gonna release UM 2k2 btw? man it’s gonna be so surrious, 66+ charactersWOW:wow:MAMI!!!
Feb 26, 2009.
oh good lookin out brotha. aye, you know how we gotta do it like PIRATEs and snatch that booty:tup::lol:!!!
In my opinion it does look better than the PS2 version.
I think the orochi saga is gonna be sweet i love all the old kofs
Orochi Saga US ver is just awful, c’mon loading times between matches?? i tough i was playing the PS1 version of the game
The strange thing is that it is present in EVERY game…except KOF '98.
yeah but cmon did they really need to do this? and 98UM comming few months later from OS, c’mon
The JP version of the orochi saga is much better than the US although they don’t have 94 & 98(i believe.)
get a KOF 10-in-1 by anton:tup:
Hello all,
I am not ashamed of my first message on this forum : what about Mai bouncing attributes in this KOF orochi saga ?
Not a good way to start, but yeah, they’re as good as ever…
PS. All I have to say is Wii version ftw!
This is good news. I’ll just have to wait until this comes to Europe, wii version too.
Speaking of the Wii version: I own that version (mainly because I like Classic Controller over the Dualshock 2) and I’m having a few problems with it. in KOF98, for some reason I can’t do Kyo’s 4-hit [close C, f+B, Orochinagi] combo. The opponent gets knocked back too far after the second hit. Does that happen in the PS2 version?
well it does in almost any other kof versions except xi. you have to cross them up with j.d+C and hit them from the back. when you hit characters from behind their hitboxes are larger. to pull it off you can ssj over the character and it should push u towards u.:looney:
i hope this will help you…
As I remember it, Kyo’s Orochinagi only combos with a certain version (the other version doesn’t combo)…was it the C version?
