It doesn’t matter really where the pad comes from as long as it is a common ground pad (fightpads I believe are, some cheap xbox controllers are as well). Official xbox controllers though are not (at least they didn’t use to be). You cannot use a wireless pad either. Other than that, going from ps3–>360 dual mod will lose you the useability of the two trigger buttons, so at maximum you will have a 6 button stick.
Oooohh that’s a bummer =. Would the home and turbo buttons work? And is there any possible way to get all 8 buttons working? What do you think would be the best option for dual modding the PS3 TE? =P
For anyone who hasn’t seen Anhtuans video yet, here is the final version of it some small errors taken out, and 1080p. He hates the first version lol. The differences are very minor and I didn’t notice much till he mentioned it to me.

If I’m not mistaken it is possible to get the all 8 buttons to work using a ps360 board or inverting the triggers on a fight pad, it is just a bit more work. The home button will work but the turbos will not; that’s not a huge deal anyways, turbo is not a tournament legal option.

Hey, I was wondering if you guys have any ps3 setups? For those of us who can only play on ps3 pads.
You’ll likely want to get an adapter for your Pad. Scott uses ps3 pads.
We do run ps3 stations sometimes, but we only provide xbox stations permanently. You’re welcome to bring your own console if you like as well.
