Not to dissuade you from playing it, but I doubt that game will be played at the shop. It really is a separate scene from the autoshop and too my knowledge most of Waterloo’s players (Leo7 and Jason Wu, and a few that I forgot the names of) don’t play it anymore. It was somewhat of a hot game but has died off recently in Waterloo. If you are into those kinds of games and want local competition you would be better off playing Arcana Hearts 3.
If you are really interested though, Toronto still has a scene I believe. I know Cambridge also has a small scene for the game. Unfortunately the major forums for BB seem to be down at the moment. http://www.dustloop.com/forums/
Adding to Rob’s post, If you really want to play the game in Waterloo, You can try the uwgamers club. I know some of those guys are into BB from when I went to their events in the SLC, but don’t be surprised if they are into AH now.
Well that sucks… It seems like a lot of fun and I actually liked a bunch of the characters I played. Don’t like the look of AH3 really, but I haven’t played it yet either. I guess we’ll see though. I know I have one friend who does play it, but if no one else does than I guess that’s what online is for right? lol…
So I called up rogers and they told me to open up ports for xbox… So I did… But ya that didn’t work… I asked whether they were throttling or shaping but they didnt rly say…i think im on a year contract with them because of the deal im getting (30% off plus free modem for extreme plus) but im pretty sure I’ll switch to teksavvy after its done unless they fix it…
