I finally bought a used PS3 from EB Games. Just turned it on now. The system name is “PS3-307” o_O.
I also bought a used SF4 (vanilla) because I’m a dolt.
I could have just gave you my copy for free.

and in regards to the vanilla, EBGames is having a trade-in special right now. 3 used games for MVC3 and im pretty sure vanilla qualifies as slightly above a turd title right now.

I’m not sure if you’re planning to go online with your PS3, but if not I strongly suggest you look into jailbreaking your PS3, considering it’s so easy and you can get pretty much any game you want. Just gotta make sure you have the right firmware.
the desktop there has GGPO on it and is sometimes used to run 3S as well. If you come play 3S i would definitely play versus you, but I have a night lecture wednesdays. Are you going to be there fridays or sundays?

after talking to bison he’s hosting casuals this friday while we also do the 2v2 Blaze tourney on PSN. after that though I don’t know, depends on turn-out.
I should be there tomorrow. I’ll play 3s with you, but I don’t think I can do combos or supers in that game anymore. 
I’ll bring my PS2 stick + adapter for the PC.

Also Bill, from conversations I’ve had with people around the shop I can say there is a surprising amount of interest in trying Arcana Heart 3. I don’t know if its out yet or w/e, but when you get it you should bring it by the shop.

Let’s call off 3s tonight. I woke up late so I won’t be arriving until 9:15 or later tonight, and I left my stick at home as well. Hopefully we can run 3s on Friday and/or Sunday instead.
It’s nice to be working normal hours again.
Cool. I had to import it from Japan, so I’m not sure exactly when I’ll have it, but I should have it by Wednesday the 19th at the latest.
Until then, I’ll look for a few more videos to show off more of the cast.
