Alright guys, here’s what I’ve been working on. It’s still very much in beta form. It’s an online Tournament database. It feeds from ALJ brackets and automatically tracks ranbats and player stats.

Check it out… nothing flashy, all function at the moment:

Only a few people have the rights to upload tournaments and edit data at the moment. Everyone else can view results and stats.

here’s an overview of the current features:

upload ALJ tournament maker files from the website (.tm2 files)

automatically process the data

easy ranbat setup (just upload a tournament and give it a ranbat name. The system will amalgamate all the tagged tournaments into a ranbat session)

Player stats (wins, rank history, match history)

full brackets (still need to work on the aesthetics, it currently shows the raw data)

current matches

results

very easy “click to edit” interface for tournament organizers/uploaders

live broadcasting of brackets/results/current matches is possible

future features will include

easy linking to videos (ie. add relevant videos links to matches)

better looking interface

other stuff…

Eventually I’ll get it hosted, but it’s still under development, so I’m using this temporary address.

Everyone check it out! it has all the data for our 2011 ranbats.
